I hate you..Like I love you..Laundry

First of all few questions. How many clothes you wash every day? If not every day, how many weekly? Do you fold and put them immediately after drying ? Or you are like me, keeping them on your bed for some time and then with laziness fold the whole load?
I never liked washing clothes by my hand. Initially, my parents did this for me, in college I did it because no one was available to help me. And after marriage, I got a washing machine. I was kind of a person who used to pile up clothes from Monday to Friday and then either on Saturday or Sunday I washed the whole lot in one go. It was the time when I realized that mare having a washing machine can't solve my problem. Even with my machine (which is semi-automatic), I need to put a lot of my energy, mind and time in getting the laundry done. My problem got worse when I found my husband never showing interest in helping me managing laundry. But I am doing this for both of us since last 4 years and now I intensely say I hate you laundry!
The reason is now I am a mother and having a kid increases my laundry 3 times. When my son was only a few months old, he used to throw-up a lot. This always added clothes in the pile which needed same day cleaning. Of course no one can afford stinking clothes at home. I am also a supporter of hygiene and cleanliness. Then winter came and he started wearing pajamas and woolens. Now his peeing added clothes in my laundry bag because initially, we didn't use diapers for him. Again the type of clothes which needed same day cleaning. Also few clothes of poop and regular cloth change after the massage. No one in my family ever noticed, but I should give myself a reward like a pat on the back, a bowl of gulab jamuns or my favorite ice-cream that I did well in washing big-big loads of laundry. I then started using diapers for my son and life got a little relief. Sign! But it never stopped. Now my son is in toddler-hood and like a scientist he wants to quest something out of food. He wants to know how to make a bigger mess. He tries to use every option to break things. He wants to do everything by himself. And no wonder all this leads to many dirty clothes and again increase in my laundry.
Before having kids, we never think how many times in a week we'll wash clothes and how much time of our lives will go in launder, fold and put clothes of our kids. On an average, I wash clothes in every two days. And this doesn't include towels, bed sheets and my husband's clothes. My story doesn't finish here, Picture abhi baki hai... I wash them, drain them, hang them outside for drying. Then in back of my mind, I keep on thinking about them. "Oh it's about to rain and clothes are outside!", " Oh it's hard sun outside, clothes may get fade." I often call my husband and tell him to take clothes inside. Bottom line is, laundry has become the bane of my existence. I don't have much space in my house so clothes get to pile on the bed until I get around to folding it. Initially, I tried to take immediate action on them but with time I have learned to let some things go. I have a toddler at home and not everything I can keep flawless. So I do it when I want to do. Perfectly folded laundry is a hill I don't want to die on. So if you find unfolded cloths in my house, don't judge me instantly. I am a mother!

Be Healthy With Infused Water And InstaCuppa #SuperBloggerChallenge2018 #Instacuppa

Two things are in my mind mostly these days: Having a healthy Lifestyle and Staying Happy.
Happiness and good health are very much connected to each other, isn't it? If you are happy your health remains good. And if you are healthy, you keep on increasing your happiness. The easiest trick to stay healthy is to have a good water intake every day. However, as simple as it looks, for most of the people, drinking sufficient water every day is a task. They somehow ignore this very essential need of the human body. Every single cell in our body needs water to function properly. The result of less water intake is eventual dehydration, dull face, fatigue, bloating and weak immune system.

Can drinking water help you stay healthy? Spoiler alert, YES IT CAN!

Now, if you are bored of having the plane, tasteless water, then you must know about INFUSED WATER. Infused water is adding different kinds of fruit, vegetables, and herbs to water and letting it settle for some time. This way, all antiox…

The Young Chronicle - A Personal News App For Kids

Our kids these days are spending a good amount of time checking and using today's smartphone. And the most amusing thing is kids are getting, even more, smarter to understand this whole world of apps, games, selfies and video recording. In no time they understand how such and such app works. In very less time, they skill those gimmicky games and challenge us showing the score. However, this screen time should be controlled for good health of a child. For parents, it is a responsibility to keep an eye on what content kids are watching, what types of games they are playing and what things they are sharing on social media.

Being a new generation people, we can't live separated from our phones. Neither can we keep our kids completely away from using phones. But what we can do is to facilitate things that can be helpful for kids even if they come in the form of phone apps and games. Educational apps and informative games can provide our kids much-needed insight and knowledge. One…
