This post is for #SiblingStories blogging train hosted by Ila Varma in collaboration with the Brand Ang Tatva. Thirty three esteemed bloggers from blogging fraternity have joined hands to participate in the Blog train for #SiblingTalk reviving the sweet and tickling hours spent with loving siblings and revive golden memories of the past.
ABOUT ME
My name is Shipra and I am a working mother who is a part time blogger as well. I share my parenting experience through my blog and I also love to write about food, health and technology. Cartoon making is another thing I really enjoy and I own a cartoon series #VibhuAndPapa that you can find on Twitter. They are the funny conversation between my son and my husband. Work line wise, I am a software project manager who now a days is working on Digital Accessibility. My this year's #MyfriendAlexa post are about making our blogs accessible. Check them if you like to know more.
MY #SiblingStories
We are two sisters and with growing up together, I realized that "Sisters Bond" is powerful than James Bond. My younger sister and I share such beautiful relationship that we never fail to stick together. We are settled and busy in our families, still when we talk, we talk like mads. Instead of writing a post about all of the wonderful things there are about having a sister I decided to make a few cartoons instead. One thing I would like to quote that "Sisters fight, sisters have ups and downs, but sisters are always there for each other at the end of the day".
Declaimer : In second pic, the joke only my sister and I can understand. And even this is such an old private joke, we still laugh like crazy as we said this to each other.
BENEFIT OF HAVING A SISTER
Hope you enjoyed these cartoon strips. Read next series of #SiblingStories contributed by Neha Tambe.

This was so innovative. And I agree that a sister is the best thing that could happen to you.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know about your cartoon designing talent. These are lovely. And I feel this is the kind of bond every sibling shares, secret jokes, funny talks which only those two can understand.
ReplyDeleteShopping and siblings. Interesting. Nice time there though I wish they were have-drawn.
